About me

Jamb is an Ecuadorian–American architect and real estate professional crafting spaces where design, strategy, and human experience converge. Bilingual in English and Spanish, and licensed as an architect, he holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate, uniting architectural thinking with asset performance and long‑term value creation.

Identifying with modernism, Jamb focuses on functionality as the backbone of architecture, where clarity of structure and use guides every decision. His work is informed by references such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van der Rohe, Fernando Higueras, Francisco Javier Sáenz de Oiza, Eduardo Souto de Moura, the spirit of practices like BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), David Chipperfield, Francisco Mangado, among others, translating these influences into contemporary, context‑aware proposals.

Shaped by an international journey between Ecuador and Spain, Jamb has worked on rehabilitation and construction projects that reveal how space can generate both economic return and social impact. He moves naturally between drawings, spreadsheets, and construction sites, translating ideas into built environments and aligning design decisions with financial and operational reality.

His way of working fuses analytical rigor with creative intuition, technical detail with a calm, proactive presence in multidisciplinary teams. Each project is approached as a complete journey—from concept to delivery—aimed at creating sustainable, thoughtful spaces that connect people, place, and long‑term real estate value.
